1.  What days of the week are your pet sitting services offered?  
Purr-Furred Pet Sitting offers services 7 days a week, and on holidays with an additional charge.

2.  How many times a day should a pet sitter visit my pets?  
Because dogs are higher energy animals, we suggest a minimum of 2 visits per day, but 3 or more is recommended.  One visit a day is usually sufficient for cats, and times for other small pets will vary depending on the situation.

3.  How long are your visits with our pets?  
Each standard visit is a half hour long, although extended visits are also available.

4.  Is payment expected before or after services are rendered?  
We ask that payment be delivered either during the consultation or left for pick up at first visit.

5.  What happens if my return home is delayed?  
We ask that you please call us as soon as you are made aware of any scheduling changes.  We will do our best to accommodate your pets until you return, and you will be charged accordingly for each additional visit.

6.  If I return home early, will I still be charged for unused visits?  
We understand that that plans change.  In order to avoid being charged for unused visits, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice of your change in plans and we will gladly remove you from our schedule with no additional fees.  

7.  Should I call to confirm my departure and arrival home?  
Absolutely!!  We want to be sure your pets are receiving the care that they need, and would appreciate  a confirmation that they are safely back in your care.

9.  When do you pick up and return our house keys? 
Keys may be picked up during the initial consultation and kept in a secure location with your file for future visits.  If you would prefer that keys be returned after each period of services, there will be an extra charge for key pickup/drop-off.
